Welcome to Pontyclun Road Runners. We are a Facebook based group of runners of all abilities who like to run in company with others. Runs are organised for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and there is usually a longer run on Sunday morning. There is a beginners session at 6:15pm on Wednesday evenings. We are a friendly group and people of all abilities welcome, most importantly this is a FREE group, no fees at all and no sales pitch.
