Weekly Runs for all abilities

Tuesday 6pm
Starting at Leekes and normally from 4k up to 10k, and cater to a range of abilities. Runs are often led by  Welsh Athletic trained runners and we always welcome new faces.
Once a fortnight we’ll use one of these events as a structured training session where we’ll look to focus on a specific activity such as fartlek, hill climb/descent, intervals etc.

Wednesday 6:15pm
Wednesday is beginner day! If you’ve never even run for the bus before, you’ll be welcome to come along and take your first steps on the road to running addiction. Starting with walk-runs and working up to 5k distance, the aim is to make the move to a healthier lifestyle an enjoyable one.
The beginner session starts at 6:15pm from the Pontyclun Rugby Club car park.

Saturday
See the facebook feed to find out which Parkrun people are going to.

Sunday
A group will often go out on Sunday mornings for a longer run. The distance will usually be something between 10k and half marathon, but people are welcome to come along for a distance that suits them.

Runs are posted in advance on Facebook, so if the route looks inviting, just accept the invite and turn up.
